Welcome to Professor Avery's world! I am a full professor at Jefferson Community College and have been teaching there in the English Department for 16 years. I am also enrolled in the Composition and Applied Linguistics Ph.D. program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I study and teach writing. I have a passion for learning!
